What is a security deposit?
A security deposit is an amount paid by a tenant (usually one month’s rent) to insure against any damage during the tenant’s stay. This amount is refundable at the end of the tenancy, provided there is no damage.
Can I make payments through international payment platforms, such as PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, or cryptocurrency?
Yes, we accept foreign transfer payments through a variety of means.
Do you vet potential renters or buyers?
Yes, we have a system in place to assess the suitability of potential clients, in terms of property use, budget, etc., to ensure it works well for all parties.
What marketing mediums do you use?
We utilize a multi-channel approach to reach our target audience, including billboards, social media, paid advertising, and email marketing, among others. We also market properties privately through our local network of agents and brokers when our client requires discretion.
